transfer files with limited access
Use the VShell® server to to provide secure file transfer services to SecureFX® and
utility clients like scp with complete control over what folders and files each
group can access. SFTP allows you to provide data securely to employees, customers,
and partners without exposing critical company information to the public network.

- SecureFX includes sfxcl, a scriptable command-line utility for
secure unattended file transfers.
- The VShell server uses SFTP virtual directories to provide controlled access to folders and files. Each user or group can be assigned to a different virtual root directory, which can contain only those folders and files appropriate to each user or group.
